Yes, you can make a return whatever your reason.

If there are defects of any kind, you can easily return the item.

If you have a My Account, go to the “My Orders” section, find the item you want to return, select “Request return” and specify the issue you encountered.

If you don’t have a My Account, activate the procedure here.

After receiving the return and verifying the damage, we will process the refund request. Please note that we cannot accept items that are not in the same condition you received them.

We will keep you updated via email until we confirm the refund has been processed.

As soon as your return is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.

If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and details of the refund. The timing of the refund will depend on the internal procedures of your bank.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way, and complete with all its tags and accessories.

You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to request a return, and 14 further days to send the items. The procedure is simple, quick and totally free.

If you have a My Account, you can send us the return request directly from your profile:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Enter the "My orders" section, select the order containing the item you want to return and click on "Request return".
  3. Make sure the items are protected by selecting appropriately sized packaging.
  4. Attach the return label that the courier sent you via email to the package.

We will send you an email with the Tracking Number to track your return as soon as it reaches the facility for shipment to our warehouse.

Once it has been received by our warehouse, your package will be processed by the Quality Control Department who will check the condition of the return.

If successful, after a few days you will receive a confirmation email with details of the refund. If your return does not meet requirements, you will be contacted by our Customer Service.

Please note that the return can only be shipped from the country where you received the order. If shipped from a different country, it will be blocked at customs.

If you want to use a different courier, the cost of shipping will be at your expense. We recommend that you choose a trackable delivery service, so that we can track your delivery at all times.
